Hello
Hello! My name is Sierra Stanley, I am a graphic design graduate
from East Tennessee State University.
I have a range of skills that include proficiency in Adobe Suit,
Videography experience, and Brand Building.
While I loved being a student at ETSU I am eager to work in a
graphic design field and create something clients will love.
About Me
My Resume
Over the past five years I have refined my skills and gained new experience that will help me in the Graphic Design field.
When I first started ETSU I had gotten a FWS with
Mary B. Martin School of the Arts.
With this work study I had learned how to work art events as well as work at promoting their events on campus/ online.

Later on I designed content for the ETSU art and design instagram feed which taught me how to work in a design team. Our team worked on promoting our departments as well as making PSA covid posts.

At the end of my school career I worked for the university as a Resident Advisor which
strengthened my ability to communicate
effectively when in tough situations.

My Story
My fascination with art and creating things began at a very early age; as far back as I can remember my parents had encouraged me and my artistic pursuits. Many of these early pursuits involved the experimentation with red clay in the back yard, to the relief of my parents and the bugs that died for the mud pie cause, I eventually moved on to paper. This transition to paper helped develop my understanding of space and value as I learned to draw from life.
My layout skills also developed from the collage phase I never out grew. Later on I tried a lot more mediums including photography, which brought me to the discovery of Graphic Design.
When I graduated high school I went to Walters State Community College to pursue my Graphic Design degree.
Once I graduated from Walters State I went to ETSU to finish getting my degree and in May of 2022 I got my BFA in Graphic Design.
